Zavior Decor offers products and services to you when you visit our store at https://zaviordecor.com. When shopping at Zavior Decor, whether the order is placed over the website or otherwise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
All products on Zavior Decor are manufactured as custom/on-demand, and all prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
PRODUCTS
Payment Terms
Payment will be acceptable on the following terms:

Pay through secure Stripe payment gateway from website

Pay through company bank account only (Transfer to salesperson’s personal account will not be accepted)

Pay through cash but collect a company receipt voucher (without receipt voucher, Zavior Decor will not be responsible for any claim)
All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used.
Zavior Decor retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received.
We work closely with our vendors and customers to ensure that product colors, dimensions, and photos are accurate; however, there may be minor discrepancies due to screen resolution or other factors. Any questions about color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order. Zavior Decor will not be responsible for minor discrepancies from what was advertised.
SHIPPING METHODS
Zavior Decor ships all orders via one of the following two delivery methods:
Self-Delivery: The majority of our furniture falls into this category. Our trained delivery specialists will schedule your delivery in advance. At the time of delivery, our team will bring the furniture inside your home, unpack, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all packaging materials. This service is part of the Zavior Decor experience.
SHIPPING
Certain areas that are inaccessible with our standard home delivery trucks, or that require alternative delivery methods (e.g., delivery to an island requiring a boat), will incur extra fees. These fees will be reviewed with you prior to delivery.
If we cannot contact you to set up delivery for 15 calendar days and have no record of you contacting us, Zavior Decor reserves the right to treat the order as a return and process a refund as per our return policy.
Deliveries requiring access beyond two flights of stairs or through tight spaces may incur additional delivery charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international deliveries at this time. However, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your choosing. It is the customer’s responsibility to hire the freight forwarder and pay all overseas shipping fees directly to them.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery times vary depending on the item and location.
Once your order is processed, we will call to provide an estimated delivery time. In-stock items are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. We will continue to update you as your order progresses. Delivery timeframes are estimates and actual delivery may occur earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances. Zavior Decor is unable to offer compensation for delivery delays.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order, customers must call or email Zavior Decor. Please submit a cancellation request via email or contact our sales team within 24 hours.
Requests for cancellation are not complete until confirmed by Zavior Decor.
After cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 5–7 working days (bank charges will be deducted). Orders canceled after 24 hours from confirmation will not be eligible for any refund.
Zavior Decor’s Free Shipping offer applies only if the order is completed. Customers canceling orders are responsible for both original and return shipping charges, even if Free Shipping was initially applied. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGES
Zavior Decor takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, damage may occur.
Damage claims must be reported within 3 working days. For customized products, returns are not accepted—only repair services are available.
All damages or improper assembly must be reported at the time of delivery or within 3 days and noted on the Delivery Note/Invoice. Otherwise, Zavior Decor will not be responsible for any remedy, restoration, or replacement.
If damage is reported properly, we will send the necessary parts or arrange repairs at our expense. Remedies may include, but are not limited to, professional repair services at no cost to the customer.
POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Zavior Decor reserves the right to modify our site, policies, service terms, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that condition will be severed and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
ELECTRICITY CONNECTION
We are furniture manufacturers. We will provide and install lights and bulbs where applicable; however, the electricity connection must be handled by your own electrician. Zavior Decor is not responsible for any electrical connections.
